Now hiring: baker (North Dakota)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Richland County, North Dakota. You will be based in a hotel pastry kitchen. Your main tasks: • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them Requirements: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Food handler / hygiene certificate 6+ years on the tools preferred.
