Gtaw welder wanted in Sherman County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Sherman County, Kansas. You will work in a pipe-spool fabrication yard. The role involves read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; carry out 6G pipe welds where required; weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges; run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints; inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode. You should have: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through 3+ years on the tools preferred. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
