Paint and prep technician — Smith County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Smith County, Kansas. On a typical shift you will wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code. Requirements: • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Part-time with flexible hours.
