Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas service engineer in Tuscarawas County, Ohio. On a typical shift you will fix pipe clips, brackets and wall sleeves and sleeve pipe through walls; set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge; run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints; install flue and chimney terminals and check for adequate ventilation; install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves; connect combi boilers, water heaters and gas cookers to the supply. Ideal candidate: • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
