Horizontal milling machine operator wanted in Florence County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Florence County, South Carolina. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to grind and set HSS cutters Day-to-day duties: • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
