Now hiring: we are hiring a shuttering fixer in Rabun County, Georgia. You should have: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Able to keep pace with tight pour schedules Day-to-day duties: • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
