Immediate opening: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Your main tasks: • Carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension • Grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects You should have: • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,700 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
