Steel fixer • Hartley County, Texas

Vacancy available: we are hiring a steel fixer in Hartley County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Own basic tools such as pliers, tie hook, tape and level • Valid site safety card and PPE (helmet, boots, gloves) Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
