Ideal candidate: • Able to read job cards and basic engineering drawings • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Good attention to detail and steady hands On the job you will handle: • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Set up and start the machine as per the job card • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers Rotating shifts. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
