You should have: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • Working-at-height or scaffold safety certificate Your main tasks: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Install metal flashing around chimneys and skylights • Replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates • Solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets Full-time with occasional weekends.
