Immediate opening: we are hiring a system scaffolder in Nobles County, Minnesota. The job is at a shipyard. Day to day you will read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class; plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; hoist tubes, boards and fittings up by gin wheel and rope; tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner; erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Able to read basic scaffold drawings At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
