Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrician in Fannin County, Georgia. You will be based in a power distribution substation. Requirements: • 2+ years hands-on wiring and maintenance experience • Safe handling of live LV circuits and proper PPE use • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams On the job you will handle: • Read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams • Isolate circuits and apply lockout-tagout before working • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars • Test insulation resistance with a megger • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance 2+ years on the tools preferred.
