CNC milling operator — Hughes County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Hughes County, South Dakota. Requirements: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges Day to day you will carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
