We are recruiting: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Midland County, Michigan. Requirements: • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges On the job you will handle: • Carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations 5+ years on the tools preferred.
