Kitchen steward wanted in Lee County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Lee County, Mississippi. Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts Day-to-day duties: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
