Join our team: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Perkins County, Nebraska. The role involves scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Part-time with flexible hours. $16 per hour, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
