We are recruiting: we are hiring a banquet server in Mono County, California. You will be based at a busy restaurant. Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages Ideal candidate: • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
