Join our team: we are hiring a dishwasher in Natchitoches Parish, Louisiana. You will work in a catering unit. On a typical shift you will top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. What we are looking for: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure Pay around $4,750 per project, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
