Urgent requirement: sheet metal press operator (Georgia)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Peach County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred • Can use vernier calipers, micrometers and go/no-go gauges • 1-2 years' experience on power or hydraulic presses On the job you will handle: • Run the press using two-hand controls and foot pedal safely • Fit and check guards, light curtains and safety interlocks before starting • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed • Top up the press hydraulic oil and grease the slide ways • Carry out first-off inspection and report rejects to the supervisor • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings 2+ years on the tools preferred.
