Immediate opening: we are hiring a gatehouse guard in Adams County, Ohio. The job is in a corporate office building. Ideal candidate: • Clean police verification with no criminal record • 1-2 years experience as a security guard • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts Day to day you will respond to intrusion alarms and panic alerts; operate the boom barrier and check vehicles in and out; raise the alarm and follow the evacuation drill in an emergency; hand over the duty register and brief the next shift at handover; monitor the CCTV screens in the control room; man the reception desk and direct visitors to the right block. Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends.
