Urgent requirement: we are hiring a grill cook in Gibson County, Tennessee. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Your main tasks: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Six days a week, one day off.
