UPVC door and window fabricator — Sheffield

Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Sheffield, England. Requirements: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) Your main tasks: • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame Full-time, day shift.
