Vacancy available: we are hiring an acoustic insulation fitter in Tambuwal, Sokoto State. The job is at a cold storage facility. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles Your main tasks: • Install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application • Fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
