Back-of-house cleaner wanted in Rogers County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Rogers County, Oklahoma. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates Your main tasks: • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,800 per month, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
