Glass fitter wanted in Jeff Davis County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glass fitter in Jeff Davis County, Georgia. You will work in a mirror and glass showroom. The role involves secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; measure window and door openings and order glass to size; fit panes into timber, aluminium and uPVC frames; read drawings and setting-out details for glazing layouts. Requirements: • Able to cut glass accurately to size • Driving licence for site-to-site work preferred • Confident handling and lifting heavy glass panes Pay around $4,500 per project, based on your experience.
