On a typical shift you will check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data.
