Now hiring: VMC operator (Georgia)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a VMC operator in Wilkinson County, Georgia. You will work in a CNC machining unit. Your main tasks: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Full-time, day shift.
