We are recruiting: we are hiring a cake decorator in Judith Basin County, Montana. You will be based at a neighbourhood confectionery. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream We offer $2,900 per month plus benefits.
