Pipe TIG welder wanted in Clinton County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pipe TIG welder in Clinton County, Iowa. The role involves: • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise • Set the argon flow on the flowmeter and check the hose for leaks • TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer Requirements: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
