Urgent requirement: kitchen porter (Tennessee)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a kitchen porter in Putnam County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Day-to-day duties: • Keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
