Dough maker wanted in Lake of the Woods County

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Lake of the Woods County, Minnesota. The job is in a bread factory. You should have: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Score the top of loaves before baking • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight Full-time with occasional weekends.
