AC mechanic • Elliott County, Kentucky

Immediate opening: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Elliott County, Kentucky. You will work at an HVAC contractor's workshop. The role involves: • Insulate the suction line with Armaflex nitrile sleeving • Cut, flare and bend copper pipe for the liquid and suction lines • Wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator • Install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes • Braze pipe joints and pressure-test with dry nitrogen for leaks What we are looking for: • Able to handle refrigerant safely and aware of F-Gas rules • Confident brazing copper and running nitrogen pressure tests • Own set of hand tools, gauges and flaring kit preferred $23 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
