Waitress wanted in Columbia County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a waitress in Columbia County, New York. Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Ability to carry loaded trays and stay on your feet for long shifts Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
