Urgent requirement: we are hiring a pastry baker in Rockdale County, Georgia. The job is at an in-store supermarket bakery. On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
