Rebar foreman — City of Radford

Join our team: we are hiring a rebar foreman in City of Radford, Virginia. The job is on a commercial tower construction site. On a typical shift you will tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers; fix cover blocks and spacers to maintain concrete cover; fit mechanical couplers where shown on the drawings; place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing. What we are looking for: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites Full-time with occasional weekends.
