Quality control inspector — Brunswick County

Now hiring: we are hiring a quality control inspector in Brunswick County, North Carolina. The job is in an electronics assembly workshop. Day to day you will check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans; inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor • Prior experience as a QC inspector in manufacturing • Willing to work rotating and night shifts At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. $130 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
