Vacancy available: we are hiring a meat cutter in San Juan County, Washington. You will be based in a hotel or restaurant butchery. You should have: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate Day to day you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone. $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
