Join our team: we are hiring a semi-automatic welder in Richmond County, Georgia. You will be based on a structural steel site. Day to day you will strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead. What we are looking for: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
