Great opportunity: we are hiring a scullery hand in Tunica County, Mississippi. You will be based in a catering unit. Requirements: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts On the job you will handle: • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils 6+ years on the tools preferred.
