Metal caster — Sweet Grass County

Now hiring: we are hiring a metal caster in Sweet Grass County, Montana. You will be based in the fettling and dressing shop. Ideal candidate: • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal The role involves inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. $5,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
