Join our team: we are hiring a retail butcher in Fermanagh and Omagh, Northern Ireland. You will be based at an abattoir or slaughterhouse. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working in cold rooms and chillers • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter Your main tasks: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
