Cake decorator wanted in Ondo East

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Ondo East, Ondo State. You will work in a bread factory. Day-to-day duties: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them What we are looking for: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
