CNC programmer-operator wanted in Isle of Wight

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Isle of Wight, England. You will work in a toolroom. You should have: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Willing to work rotating shifts and night shift • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces You will deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. £2,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
