GMAW welder wanted in Moore County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a GMAW welder in Moore County, North Carolina. Your main tasks: • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration • Set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness • Clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead You should have: • Knowledge of short-circuit and spray-transfer modes • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $4,300 per month, based on your experience. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
