Great opportunity: we are hiring a chiller technician in Van Buren County, Michigan. You should have: • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Willing to work at heights and inside cold rooms The role involves: • Clean condenser and evaporator coils • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves $5,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
