Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Day-to-day duties: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Set up and operate vertical and horizontal milling machines • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control We offer ₦290,000 per month plus benefits.
