Join our team: we are hiring a dishwasher in Thomas County, Georgia. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards You will clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks.
