Concrete labourer • Chautauqua County, New York

We are recruiting: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Chautauqua County, New York. You will work at a ready-mix concrete plant. You should have: • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet Day-to-day duties: • Patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout • Screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls • Compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing • Load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors • Strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength • Carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab Overtime paid at a premium rate.
