Great opportunity: we are hiring a cnc turner in Edgar County, Illinois. The role involves set tool offsets and establish work zero (G54); watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish; check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet; load and index turning tools in the turret. What we are looking for: • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
