You will inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer; log batch numbers, lot codes and traceability data; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches.
